Using our service

Heimishe Helpers connects Jerusalem residents with verified heimishe home improvement providers. By using the site or submitting a request, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What we do — and don't do

We introduce you to independent providers. The actual work, pricing, scheduling, and any contract are between you and the provider you book. We vet the providers in our network, but we are not a party to the job itself and don't warranty the work performed.

Your responsibilities

• Give accurate details about the job, your location, and how to reach you.
• Treat providers respectfully and pay agreed amounts on time.
• Don't use the service for anything illegal or harmful.

Provider responsibilities

• Show up on time, communicate clearly, and do quality work.
• Hold any licenses or insurance required for your trade.
• Provide honest quotes and stick to them absent a good reason to change.

Pricing and payment

Pricing is agreed directly between you and the provider. Heimishe Helpers doesn't currently process payments for jobs. If that changes, updated terms will apply.

Disputes

If something goes wrong with a job, let us know. We'll do our best to help mediate between you and the provider, but the ultimate resolution is between the two parties involved.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is." We do our best to vet providers and keep the platform running smoothly, but we can't guarantee outcomes, uptime, or that every match will be a perfect fit.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Heimishe Helpers is not liable for damages arising from work performed by providers, missed appointments, or other issues outside our direct control.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. When we do, we'll update the date at the top. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
